By participating in our TikTok Live Lucky Scoop sessions, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

● Final Sale: Due to the live, experiential, and custom nature of these sessions, all Live Scoop sales are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable once the scoop has been performed on camera.

All content included on this site, such as our "Stone Encyclopedia," energy guides, brand illustrations, product descriptions, and logos, is the exclusive property of HeartofLand.
